Full list: President Yoweri Museveni has appointed new Permanent Secretaries
In an announcement issued this evening, the president announced the 35 Permanent Secretaries with some surprise names like former minister Adolf Mwesigye who has been named Clerk to Parliament.
Other surprise moves include former State House Comptroller Lucy Nakyobe being moved to head the Public Service. She has been replaced with Jane Barekye.
