President Museveni commissions new structures at kyankwazi National Leadership Institute

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has commissioned newly built state of the art structures at National Leadership Institute, Kyankwanzi. 

The new structure include accommodation and administration halls which were named in honour of African heroes; Lumumba, Sankara, Chitepo, Neto & Cabral. 

According to the Minister of the Presidency Hon. Esther Mbayo, the new structure were constructed by the UPDF Engineering Brigade.

 

 Speaking at the event, President Museveni commended the Minister for presidency for using the UPDF engineering brigade insteade of private constructors. He said that the brigade is efficient and more cost effective.

 

The National Leadership Institute Kyankwanzi is located about 200 kilo meters from Kampala. The institute has a long history of providing ideological direction to Ugandans in order to enable them to regain their power, freedom and lndependence as provided in article 1 of Uganda`s 1995 constitution..
