CDF to captain UPDF Generals football team in a friendly match against NBA

 

The CDF Uganda Peoples Defence Forces(UPDF) Gen. David Muhoozi will the army’s football team that will be facing the National Broadcasters Association on Thursday.

 

UPDF has organised a series of activities to celebrate and strengthen the army relationship with the media fraternity. The events will kick off with a soccer match between our UPDF team below and National Broadcasters Association which will take place on 16^th April at KCCA Philip Omondi Stadium.

 

The UPDF team will be comprised of; Brig Gen. Wilson Muhumuza, Brig Gen. Irumba O, Lt Gen Charles Otema, Maj Gen Charles Masiko, Maj. Gen George Igumba, Lt Gen Wilson Mbadi, Maj Gen Leopard Kyanda, Maj Gen. Sam Kavuma, Maj Gen. Kasita Gowa, Maj Gen. Sam Kiwanuka and Team Captain Gen. David Muhoozi.

 

The events are organised under the theme; Security and Media working to close the gaps that hinder a credible partnership.
