Over 800 Ugandans recover from Covid-19 as daily new cases continue to drop
According to records from the Ministry of Health, 809 Ugandans recovered from Covid-19 on 4th July bringing the total number of recoveries to 57,147.
The reduction in the new cases is attributed to the lockdown whereas the increase in the recoveries is attributed to the hard work of the medics led by the Ministry of Health.
Ugandans are encouraged to strictly follow SOPs for the country to overcome the pandemic.
Results of COVID-19 tests done on 04 July 2021 confirm 438 new cases. The cumulative confirmed cases are 84,554.
