President Museveni passes out counter-terrorism officers

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who is also the Commander in Chief of the armed forces has passed out counter terrorism officers at the UPDF School of Military Intelligence and Security in Migyera, Nakasongola.

According to the UPDF Spokesperson Brig. Gen. Byekwaso, the passed out Counter Terrorism warriors Nakasongola are  trained in fighting in built-up areas, in air, under very strenuous circumstances using both small arms & heavy weapons, at short & long distances thereby leaving no room for the enemy to escape.

 

Before pass out, the President Watched counter-terrorism officers undertake their military and combat drills.

President Museveni congratulated the indomitable officers that have completed their course. “One element about fighting is to be sure of yourself. When you are confident in yourself, you can handle any combat situation,” The President remarked.
